Vedic A2 Ghee is made from A2 Milk having a very unique nutrient profile and is further produced using the Bilona Process. Under this involved process ghee is made by initially converting milk into yogurt. The yogurt is then churned at room temperature to yield traditional butter (white butter). Finally after a period of storage the butter is boiled at temperatures of up to 115-120 C to produce the final Ghee product. This special process yields a ghee with high levels of Conjugated Linolein Acids (CLA) know to contain anti-oxidants and numerous other benefits.
