Suggested use:

Golden Milk Latte is a special blend with many medicinal benefits that range from stimulating the digestive fire (agni) or metabolism, to reducing inflammation, purification of the blood for skin conditions, and much more… Add 1 teaspoon heaping (per 8 -10 ounce cup) to organic cow’s milk or your favorite nut milk and warm in a small pot while stirring occasionally. *For those that prefer their Golden Milk Latte a bit sweeter honey can be added or even a vanilla creamer. Pour and serve, no need to sift because you want to ingest the spices for their medicinal benefits. Our turmeric is crafted in India, the land of spices, and contains a unique color and energetic quality. We recommend using the Aerolatte’s Original Steam-Free Milk Frother to get the ideal consistency and to properly distribute the ingredients.

Note: This tea is an ingestible powder that provides greater benefits when the powder is ingested. Straining the spices is not required.
